On the first of July, news broke of Ian Davidson passing away via his son on Twitter.
“This is Ashley Ian’s son. It is with great sadness I have to report Ian’s passing late evening June 30th June 2020 aged 63. I am sure the kind and generous nature he had impacted many lives”
Very sad news. Ian Davidson, aka “Mr Sport” who was a weekly guest on Mike’s afternoon show has passed away. Very sad news, a lovely man and a font of sport knowledge, we will all miss him here at Takeover Radio. Our thoughts are with his family at this time.
